The DGVOX solution was provided for the benefit of Command Centers like Traffic Department, Civil Defense, Public Security etc. Here DGVox was installed at the Emergency Response Center and was integrated with GIS information provided by KACST (King Abdul Aziz Center for Science & Technology). DGVox captures the caller ID from the incoming emergency call and sends it to the KACST Server. KACST Server triangulates the location of the Caller and sends the geographical co-ordinates to the Operator's work station displaying the Caller's location on the corresponding workstation where the call had landed.
In addition, DGVOX has incorporated a set of new reports and dashboards to display statistical information with charts for quality control and performance evaluation of the operators. These reports & charts show details for each operator like:
- Total received calls,
- Total dropped calls,
- Total availability/standby time,
- Average call time,
- Hold/Mute details.
It is live and the supervisor and the operator can see its current status and performance on a plasma screen.
